We are proud to present our new hike and fly harness, the STRIKE 2. It is a light harness, precise and compact in the bag. Its comfort allows long and ambitious flights: it is intended for hike and fly pilots of competitions and leisure. The STRIKE 2 is the worthy heir to our long experience in competitive hike and fly. It is derived from our STRIKE X-Alps 2019 and it incorporates the main strengths of our STRIKE 1. Compared to the STRIKE 1, it is more ergonomic, comfortable and flexible thanks in particular to an inflatable protection (optional). TECHNICAL | CARACTERISTICS The geometry is new. The steering becomes more sensitive and the instability is easily adjusted with the chest adjustment. The sizes have been recalibrated and enlarged with the addition of size XL. We have worked on the ease of installation and the safety of the pilot with the closure of the harness on the two points of attachment of the wing. The harness opens completely and closes directly on the carabiners, on two points only. Comfort is high for a harness of this category. A removable protection / comfort plate improves support for the back. A new geometry of the speedbag allows a natural position without effort, legs straight. As an option, a new certified inflatable protection saves weight and especially the volume carried in the bag. Ideal for competitive hike and fly. This protection is also a bit lighter, offering a weight gain of around 65 g. The parachute pocket remains in the ventral position. The rescue riser sheath is fully integrated and extends into the pocket. The structure of the harness has been reinforced along the entire rescue parachute attachment chain. The STRIKE 2 is now certified EN 1651 up to 120 kg. CONFIGURATION | According to your requirements COMPETITION MODE : 1820 g (Size M, fully equipped, ready to fly). In this mode, the wing is attached with the connects (option), the harness is put on through the two leg straps. The back protector is the inflatable BUMP (Option). The pilot does not use the removable protection / comfort plate or the mini-seat plate. STANDARD MODE : 2025 g (Size M, fully equipped, ready to fly). In this mode the harness opens and closes completely on the Plum Grivel carabiners. The back protection is the original foam version. The pilot does not use removable protection / comfort plate GREAT COMFORT MODE: 2200 g (Size M, fully equipped, ready to fly). In this mode the harness opens and closes completely on the Plum Grivel carabiners. The back protector is the original foam version. The pilot installs the the removable protection / comfort plate for added comfort.
